Glowlife Sauna has a 12-month product warranty for anything that may go wrong with your handset.
Refunds for shipping costs and products will not be provided for returns, however, Glowlife Sauna will cover all shipping costs for replacement handsets.
If your product is defective and you require a replacement, simply follow these instructions:
- Take a clear video of the defect
- Email email@example.com with a sentence about the defect and your video attached
- Once approved, send back your product as directed with all contents it came with
- A replacement of your product will be processed once we have received the defective one
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Used items will not be accepted for return due to the nature of the product and Covid-19 precautions. As it is a Sauna, it will be exposed to sweat, and we cannot accept returns for used products. We will issue an exchange for used products which are defective, if applicable.
Any returns must be made at your own cost however you must obtain you proof of postage until you have received your refund, just in case your order is lost on its way back.

Can I cancel my order?
When your order is placed we put it directly into processing and shipping. This is part of our goal to have the quickest shipping times possible. If you would like to cancel, please reach out to us via email as soon as possible. It will no longer be able to cancel 24 hours after placing your order, as it will already be in processing.
*Replacements will be sent out via express shipping: (Australia 5-7 business days), International (7-14 business days).
You have 12 months from the date ordered, to process a warranty application.
Applications that do not meet these criteria will not be approved for a return.
Returns will be processed within 14 business days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
